Returns and Exchanges

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Banjarans for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us, unless the item is faulty.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Simply email  customercare@banjarans.com and we will give you all the details you need.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your product/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

We have a warehouse based in Victoria, Australia.
We will provide you with the full address when you email us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 2 – 4 days to be able to process your return
If you’re exchanging, we will send your product out to you, and email you a new tracking number
If you’re refunding, we will refund you through PayPal (or the same method you used to pay), and email you once complete

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

We endeavour to ensure that all products that we sell, which have been made by highly skilled artisans are of the highest quality. Because our pieces are made by hand, every one of our products are original and unique, and is likely to bare intricate marks and distinctions. Our process promotes these distinctions, and while no two Banjarans products are the same, we assure you that each piece is made using the same careful process and craft.
However if you feel that the product sent to you is faulty or damaged, please email us at customercare@banjarans.com so we can urgently review the matter for you.
