HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free delivery on all orders within Australia above $75.

It is a flat rate of $10 on all orders under $75 within Australia.

We offer Free Delivery on all international orders above $150.

It is a flat rate of $20 on all international orders under $150.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Victoria, Australia, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days within Australia.
International shipping may take longer due to custom clearance. For a better estimation, use your tracking number provided.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive one, please email customercare@customercare.com

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES or TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Banjarans
